Easy Roast Beef Recipe Roast Beef Is everyone's favourite, not everyone can cook it, and many people would never even attempt it. Follow this easy roast beef recipe for 6 people, simply cooked to perfection. The secret to a great Roast Beef is in the time that it is cooked. 20 minutes per 450g at 190 C / Gas 5 Ingredients 1 1.25kg joint of beef (boned and rolled) 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Freshly Ground 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules How To Make Our Easy Roast Beef Recipe Preheat the oven to 190 C / Gas 5. Place prepared joint in roasting tin, and season with salt, garlic granules and pepper. Add more or less seasoning to taste. Roast in oven for 60 minutes (20 minutes per 450g).
